1General Terms & Conditions

Baaji99 (hereinafter referred to as "we", "the platform", or "the site") is an online betting and gaming service provider. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to the Baaji99 website and all associated services.

By opening an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game on Baaji99, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our platform.

Baaji99 reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Members will be notified via email or account notification when changes occur. Continued use of the platform after any update will be considered acceptance of the revised terms.

2Account Registration & Eligibility

To create an account with Baaji99, you must meet the following requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years old. Baaji99 services are strictly prohibited for minors.
• Each person may only open one account. If multiple accounts are detected, all of them will be suspended immediately and any accumulated balance may be forfeited.
• All information provided at registration must be accurate, truthful, and up to date. Providing false information will result in account termination.
• You are solely responsible for keeping your account password secure. You must not allow anyone else to access your account.
• A copy of your National ID or passport may be requested at any time for KYC (Know Your Customer) verification.

3Deposit & Payment Methods

Baaji99 currently supports deposits via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The following rules apply to all deposits:

Deposits must be made using a payment account registered in your own name. Payments from third-party accounts are not accepted and may be cancelled without a refund.

Baaji99 does not charge any deposit fees. However, your mobile banking provider may apply their own charges, which are outside Baaji99's control.

4Withdrawal Rules

Your account must have a completed KYC verification before you can withdraw winnings. Please note the following regarding the withdrawal process:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500 BDT.
• A maximum of ৳1,00,000 BDT can be withdrawn per day from a single account.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals under ৳10,000 BDT are generally processed within 24 hours.
• Withdrawals above ৳10,000 BDT may require additional verification and can take 3–5 business days to process.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly. Wagering requirements must be met before a bonus can be withdrawn.

5Bonus & Promotion Terms

Baaji99 regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotional deals. Each offer has its own terms, which are detailed on the promotions page. General bonus terms are as follows:

• Welcome Bonus: To withdraw a bonus received on your first deposit, you must wager at least 10 times the bonus amount.
• Cashback Bonus: A set percentage cashback is available on weekly losses. A 3x wagering requirement applies before cashback funds can be withdrawn.
• Referral Bonus: Refer a friend and both of you will receive a bonus. The bonus is activated once the referred friend makes their first deposit.
• If anyone attempts to claim bonuses using multiple accounts, all bonuses and winnings associated with those accounts will be voided.
• Baaji99 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer without prior notice.

6Betting Rules & Wagering Terms

Please read the following rules carefully before placing a bet on Baaji99. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled — so think it through before you decide.

• The minimum bet amount is ৳10, and the maximum varies depending on the event.
• If an event is cancelled or postponed after a bet has been placed, the bet will be voided and your funds will be returned.
• If odds change during live betting, you will be prompted to confirm your bet at the updated odds.
• If Baaji99 has reason to believe a bet is suspicious or fraudulent, it reserves the right to void that bet.
• Once a bet is submitted, it cannot be withdrawn or cancelled.
• If a bet is processed at incorrect odds due to a technical error, Baaji99 reserves the right to correct or void that bet.

7Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Baaji99. Any account found engaging in such activity will be suspended immediately and the balance will be forfeited:

• Participating in match fixing or any form of fraudulent activity.
• Placing bets using bots, automated software, or hacking tools.
• Operating an account under someone else's identity or a false identity.
• Money laundering or any transactions involving illegal funds.
• Abusing the bonus system or claiming bonuses through multiple accounts.
• Attempting to interfere with or exploit vulnerabilities in the platform's security systems.

8Account Closure & Inactivity

You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Please withdraw any remaining balance before closing your account.

Baaji99 may suspend or close an account without notice in the following circumstances:

• If any violation of these terms is found.
• If evidence of suspicious activity or fraud is found.
• Failing KYC verification or submitting false documents.
• At the direction of any government or regulatory authority.

If an account remains inactive for 12 consecutive months, Baaji99 may deduct a monthly inactivity fee of ৳100. Once the balance reaches zero, the account will be archived.

9Responsible Gaming

Baaji99 is strongly committed to responsible gaming. We want every member to play with a clear head and within their means. To support this, we offer the following:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Betting Limits: Set a maximum bet amount for a given time period.
• Self-Exclusion: Exclude yourself from the platform for a set period of time.
• Cooling-Off Period: Take a break anywhere from 24 hours to 6 weeks.
